Description:
The FoamTec HT1000 foam swab has been specifically designed for both precision cleaning and application tasks in cleanroom, manufacturing, and other such controlled environments. The HT1000 is a rigid, 6-inch long swab with a large, oval, swab head made of CleanWIPE 100 PPI reticulated foam.
The HT1000 swab head is thermally bonded to the 6-inch, blue, polypropylene handle to ensure the minimization of particles, thus eliminating the possibility of adhesive residues left behind.
FoamTec's CleanWIPE swabs are manufactured, cleaned, and packaged on an integrated line to ensure maximum cleanliness and lot-to-lot uniformity. Each package of HT1000 CleanWIPE foam swabs are certified non-cytotoxic for life science application.
