Excelta 9246E, 4.5" Medium Taper Relieved, Semi-Flush Cut, Carbon Steel, Laser Line Cutter.
This four star medium Slim Line tapered/relieved semi-flush cutter with a cutting capacity of .010" - .040" soft wire is made of carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. The CNC machining Lazerlok™ allows the joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. The grips are soft cushioned foam and are ESD safe. The dual leaf springs provide smooth action.
