This two star multi-purpose small tapered semi-flush cutter features stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and carbide inserts for maximum blade life. Hard wire cutting capacity is .008" - .010" and the soft wire capacity is .010" to .025". The grips are soft cushioned foam and are ESD safe. It features dual leaf springs for smooth action.
