This two star multi-purpose medium round semi-flush cutter features stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and carbide inserts for maximum blade life. Hard wire cutting capacity is .010" - .020" and the soft wire capacity is .010" to .032". The grips are soft cushioned foam and are ESD safe. It features dual leaf springs for smooth action.
